Tuesday 14th August
saw the red ribbon cut at Coracalls’ brand new Contact Centre in Durban, South
Africa. The Grand Opening ceremony held at the Vogue Restaurant, Coastlands
Gatemax was witnessed by many, including the CEO of Coracall Mr Phil Lightfoot,
who willingly travelled all the way from the UK to attend.
The event commenced from
6:30pm and was eagerly anticipated by the press, employees and the dignitaries
invited. This included influential guests from Durban and surrounding areas
that play vital roles in the area’s employment projects. At the grand opening
was Mr Zamo Gwala- CEO of Trade and Investment in KawZulu Natal, Francois
Truter from the Department of Trade and Investment who thoroughly enjoyed the
evening and created a great partnership with our team members.
Once the formalities of
unveiling the Contact Centre were completed, the Vogue restaurant became the
epicentre of the ceremony. The three course meal was then followed by
continuous meeting and greeting from the Coracall CEO, MD and CCS Manager. All
in all, it is fair to say that Coracall has landed in Durban with a bang, and as a
company we look forward to making sure our legacy is one of truth, passion and
excellence.
